Karen is one of the original founders of The Title Station. She started her career in the banking industry just after graduating high school while also raising a family. Banking taught her invaluable skills in customer service and she truly enjoyed rustling through the paperwork and verifying the accuracy of loan documentation. Her willingness for a more challenging line of work led her to title insurance.
Karen began an entry-level position for a well-established title company in Osceola County in 1990, where she worked her way up to management in only 5 years. After learning every aspect of the business, she decided to open her own office in Cocoa. Fidelity Land Title was established in September of 1999. It truly started from the ground up since she knew no one in Brevard County and had no leads or contacts for business when she moved here. Marketing became second nature to her as she figured out that as long as you do what you promise, people will trust you with their business. Her company quickly grew to two offices and 15 employees and it was then that she was approached about opening The Title Station.
Karen’s companies have won awards for Top Ten Producer in the Central Florida Region and more than one Business of the Year award from the Cocoa Beach Area Chamber of Commerce. Membership in the Chamber, the Better Business Development Council and Space Coast Association of REALTORS has provided ample opportunities for the growth of The Title Station.
Kim joined The Title Station in 2003 and became a partner in 2005. Before moving to Brevard County, her career began in the banking industry at the age of 18. She started out as a teller at a local branch and ended up as an investment banker for the entire region. She was employed with the same bank for 17 years. The experience in the banking industry helped her to excel in the customer service skills needed for a sales position. She very much enjoys the customer contact and the ability to help others with their title insurance needs.
Under Kim’s supervision, The Title Station won awards for Top Ten Producer in the Central Florida Region for 2 years in a row. The company was also nominated for Business of the Year with the Cocoa Beach Area Chamber of Commerce more than once and won the honor in 2010. Kim participates in many of the non-profit fundraisers as well as many community networking activities.
Caitlin has been with The Title Station since 2015 and is a Closing Agent at the Melbourne office. She has 8 years of customer service experience, and truly enjoys the always changing and problem solving nature of the title insurance industry. Caitlin studied Public Relations at The University of South Florida and was born and raised in Brevard County.
As a licensed title agent for 5 years and over 8 years of experience in the industry, I’m excited to now offer my services in the Florida Keys! Our company is family owned and operated and we pride ourselves in our attention to detail and quick response time. Sierra has over seven years of customer service experience stemming from her career in the veterinary field and progressing into title insurance. She transitioned her passion from helping others keep their fur babies healthy to helping others with their title insurance needs. She is a licensed Title Agent at the Davenport office and has been with The Title Station since 2020. She appreciates the evolving nature of the industry that she experiences every day, and she enjoys expanding her knowledge of the closing process with the guidance of her team and underwriters.
She spends her free time with her husband traveling to RC races, taking their dog, Groot, on hikes to local state parks, or curled up in a hammock with a book.
Kelly has been a part of the Title Station since July 2020. She has always had a love for people and real estate. She has worked in the Title industry on and off since 2004. She started off as a receptionist and then began learning the about the management of documents after the closing. She then became interested in the beginning of the process as well.
She has seen what a tumultuous housing market can do, however what’s more important is she has seen the resilience that the people of Brevard County Florida have had and continue to have, to keep on fighting through whatever the situation may be.
Kelly truly enjoys working in the background process of helping first-time homeowners buy their starter home, as well as families buying their dream home.
No matter what the reason for buying or selling, she is grateful and proud to be a part of the process and more importantly a part of a great team at the Title Station.
Linda is a bilingual, Spanish, speaking Receptionist for The Title Station. Linda comes from a corporate property management office where she was also a bilingual receptionist assisting with customer service and administrative duties. Her background includes working in contracts for the timeshare industry and insurance sales. She was raised in NV where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
Linda has a love for learning and helping others. She is excited to bring her skills to The Title Station and the title insurance industry assisting with communication in the closing process. She aspires to become a closer for the company in the future.
Linda and her family recently moved to Davenport, FL and on the weekends she loves going with them to explore new things. Snapping a picture here and there.
Julie joined our team this year as a Licensed Closing Agent and has 25 years of experience in the title industry. Born in Carthage, Illinois, she moved to Columbia, Missouri to attend college and started at a title company as a receptionist. She and her mom started a title company where she was a licensed escrow officer and office manager for 18 years. When she and her husband decided to move to Florida in 2018, she became the branch manager for a builder for 4 years. Julie and Todd have two kids, a grandon, and two dogs, and love to travel.
